Think Water (Discussion)

I stumbled upon a great website promoting action and participation in the sustainability of our watersheds in Canada. As part of the United Nations Water for Life campaign, you can watch video spots about certain areas in Canada or “water IQ” taken on the streets of Toronto, take a look at posters and even download website banners.

The bottled water tv spot really got my attention. The host makes the comparison in pricing of bottled water and gas. Pretty interesting!

WOW! I hadn’t seen those commercials. Even though I’m in an area that is currently in drought, we don’t do enough to educate people about water conservation. We do, however, give out some serious tickets for watering your lawn (up to $1,000 in my area).
